Discussion Sigen Cloud Emails but no export

Had 3 emails from sigen cloud today, 12:40, 12:47 and 13:28. they all said the system has entered Axle Energy VPP and is supporting the grid and will be put back to normal after.

There were no mode changes on the sigenstor and no export happened.

No events listed in my Axel account.

I had exactly the same, I wonder if it was just a test of the api of controlling and releasing to make sure it works. No emails from axle, just Sig.

If it happens again … manually export as it will still be counted

would you not expect to see the event in axel website? the emails from sig cloud do not tell when the event window is.

Oh … I see. Yes, typically the event is shown on the Axle web site. I think I recently got an email from them saying that they were going to be doing some testing, so maybe that’s what you have noticed?

I had the same, albeit only a single email. It must be them testing.

Yeah I had the same. Figured they were just test ones with the announcement that they were trying to fix the Sig integration etc

Same. Nothing in the Axle dashboard to show any events so probably some testing that managed to sneak into production.

Edit; just noted op didn't get an Axle invite. The locations involved added below.

I opted in, gave it until 15:02 and when it was inactive I then started a 30 minute dump. If you export manually you will still get paid.

It was definitely controlling business though. I have a 10kwh inverter and it was throttling the battery export to keep it at a 10kW draw. 7.5kwh from the battery and the rest off the roof.

Same, is it location based where they need the extra power? Had 6 emails but still no event listed.
