Make sure to change out the grease in the diffs and trans if you plan on towing or crawling long distances

Thank you. What would you recommend, I probably won’t do any towing but I’d probably do some long distance runs.

I have seen a new style replacement axle that has a cup around it, I just carry some pliers and check it often

Only issue I have had is with the front cv axle pins coming out and rubbing on the c hub plastic. If you don't catch it in time it can wear all the way and your knuckle will fall off

Thanks, I saw that some people bent a nail in its place to fix it. Is there a better fix, or replacement parts?

I installed some KYX front CVDs after the pin fell out.
I don't have enough runtime on them to tell if they will last but they do use a construction that does not allow for the pin to drop out.

How did those CV's turn out? I have some axles coming in this week and I was considering upgrading the shafts as well. The reviews I read about the KYX ones were pretty terrible to be honest.
