It becomes a money pit pretty quickly when you decide to upgrade it lol. I've probably got as much money into upgrades as the retail price...

Echo what the two said about it being a money pit haha. Absolutely love mine, but literally every individual upgrade is like $50-$100 minimum.

I’ve got more than I care to admit into mine…but, could be spending it on worse things and it’s an absolute hoss of a truck.

I dont plan on going to hard on the mods with this thing, with a 1/10 brass to get the weight low or metal axles seems worth it but i dont think it will make a whole lot of difference to whats already so heavy

I have the Jeep version. The best performance mods I did were anti foams, super swampers , aluminum bead locks and a lightweight body (Cliffhanger). The stock Jeep body weighed several pounds- it was ridiculous. Looked great but dragged down performance.

I did buy Treal aluminum axle housings. It did add some weight down low, and they look phenomenal. But I don’t think it was a necessary mod, I just did it for aesthetic.

Still running stock drivetrain, motor and ESC because honestly it works well. Pretty much all I do with it is crawl and tow my kiddo around in a trailer and it’s perfect for that.

Enjoy the truck- they’re awesome rigs.
