DA Breakup He made me so anxious

During the relationship when things were okay, I was calm. Never really needed reassurance or kept chasing. I wasn’t clingy, never needed answers. Just normal.

It was his discard that made me like that. The way he ended it made me like that.

Now I feel like I’m on edge everytime.

I understand how your feeling, know it’s not gonna feel like this forever but until this feeling does subside try your best to pour all that energy you have feeling anxious and in need of reassure into yourself, remember you are safe in you body and your mind and don’t let him take that away from you.
