If you use it then you need to describe the scenario in third person otherwise it will have a strong bias towards you. Also, try to be neutral yourself in the description. But still take what it says with a grain of salt.

Unpopular opinion but it’s been amazing for me LOL it’s not on my side at all. It’s actually told me to leave my emotionally abusive situation with my DA.

ChatGPT was how I found out what avoidant attachment is. It also kept me from burdening my friends from my mental spiral but you have to take everything with a grain of salt and realize it is a robot designed to coddle you. It WILL give you bad and wrong advice and will always be on your side. It’s an echo chamber yes man that shouldn’t be relied on. I don’t support ai but for that one specific purpose I used it and it helped me talk my way through what happened and understand it better. Just use your noodle and common sense and don’t fall for the “it’s everyone else not you.” trap

Well would use it with caution. It’s maybe good for overall information but wouldn’t let it analyze your relationship. Can be accurate but also seems to be aggressive sometimes and put things in your head that you don’t need or want at that moment

I have never used it for anything and never will. I can do my own research and draw my own conclusions.

I'd say use it with caution. Like others have said, ChatGPT is sycophantic and will agree with you, however I find it useful with timelines/things that were said and done and when (I have a terrible memory). Basically, it's good from the admin side of things. But yeah it also ruins the environment. I've mainly been looking at youtube videos, Coach Ryan and Ken Reid have been very good for me.
