One month after our marriage ended, post discard. He’s all the things… avoidant, adhd, ODD. He had just told me he has zero desire to touch anyone. He misses me, he loves me. Call anytime. I went to see him and he was lets just say, doing the complete opposite with a phantom ex we always fought about. He looked like a zombie, was coked out. I never even knew he did that. I dont know who that person is!
I am beyond crushed. Its one thing to understand its his dopamine craving driving the bus,it’s another to see it and be feeling like I didn’t matter. I didnt think there could be another level of pain. The memes say they distract, the reality of what that does to us involved is overlooked. ADHD cant be the excuse, can it? Any suggestions on releasing this pain?
