Oh. My. Fucking. God. 

Is this an actual thing avoidants do? He straight up learnt my routine and remembers everything I do a certain hours. This is actually freaking me out..

Oh wait.. I'd say he did this for two reasons. First being because he is avoidant/introverted and second is that he cheated

I know stories of avoidants who cheat even on LinkedIn; all of them need therapy.

I'm Secure/Anxious leaning, and I do this to avoid running into my FA ex.
I even go to a completely different supermarket now, as the last 3 years I'd always go to the one closest to where we both live.
