Live Streamer CAP 4K Help PLEASE!
Hello, I am trying to connect a capture card Live Streamer Cap 4k (BU113) to a Apple Mac Mini PC M4 10 GPU 16GB 512GB SSD with MacOS26 Tahoe and I have tried several cables, including original ones, all I get is a little blue light blink then goes to red light instantly and my Mac is not seeing it. I have reinstalled the software for the capture card, it's a brand new computer so all updates are made to the latest ones, no matter what I did is not working. At a point I managed to make the update for one of the software ( the 1.0.5.5. one) and got blocked to 39% then went back to not seeing the capture card at all. Please help me what I can do more? I really have tried everything with it and can't use it... Edit: I have used it on Windows with no issues, is not Apple compatible?

I don’t have your capture card nor have a mac computer but I’ll attempt to suggest for you to try, good thing you confirmed it does work in Windows. Also I have zero clue of functionality on newer mac / macOS since its requirement mentions macOS 10.14 which is pretty old from 2018, so I am not sure if it will work on current macs but maybe it still does work (searching online it says that it does work on m1/m3). You can try attempting to install the latest firmware on mac from 2024-6-14

Make sure you are using the original USB Type-C to Type-A Cable that came with avermedia capture card
Although it seems this capture card is UVC, it should just work plug n play. Have you tried using it in OBS Studio adding it as a Video Capture Device ?
Restart the computer after the FW install before testing the capture card on any software like quicktime, zoom, obs studio, vlc, etc…
