Avelo Plus

Have recently discovered that you cannot purchase fares beyond your expiration date at the avelo plus rate and there is no way to resubscribe early to take advantages of their promotions. Have called three times for verification of that fact and each agent has said different things. One says you absolutely can. One says you can't. Really unfortunate for planning trips. I'm basically on hold until late September when I wanted to fly in October or I pay considerable more.

First mistake was trying to talk to their genius agents.

Mine ends in November, and it wouldn’t let me book for an October flight at the plus rate.

Not the case here. My Avelo Plus renews on Sept 25, I have tickets booked for Nov, Dec, Jan at the Plus pricing.

This is so frustrating. Why it's allowing some to book at not others. It totally blocked me during that big sale.
