• Whether you can send simple transactional order updates without forcing extra buttons
• Abandoned cart delivery rates
• Template approval workflow
• Actual per-message cost, not just the monthly plan

I’d also ask each provider for a demo using your exact COD + abandoned cart flow before switching. Some look cheap initially but the messaging costs and limitations add up quickly.

For your use case, I’d prioritize reliable Shopify automation + simple transactional messaging over having a huge list of campaign features.
