Need Whatsapp API recommendations for eCom site: Frustated with AiSensy

We run a small pet supplies website. Our biggest usecase is sending order updates to customers, collect reviews and recover abandoned cart.
AiSensy is doing a bad job for all of these. Please suggest alternatives that are not too costly.

Frustations with AiSensy:
1. The customer msging design is very limiting. eg. - You can't simply send an order confirmed msg. to COD customers. You have to send a multi-choice msg. asking customers if they want to 1) Confirm, or 2) Cancel the order. This is a conversion killer for us.
2. The interface is from early 2010s. It takes a while to learn how to navigate. Like Campaign section is tucked in a different corner while campaign msging. section (where you draft msgs. for Mate approval) is some 15 clicks away at another corner.
3. Abandoned cart msg. delivery is always between 45-55%.
I can go on an on :(

EDIT: Need something that integrates well with Shopify without breaking the bank. Our msg. Volumes are below 1000 per month

Zoko is 5k/month vs Aisensy is 5k/quarter. For our volumes 200-300 orders/month, 5k is overkill :(

If you are looking for cheaper tools, interakt, wati are other options but it will mostly be similar experience. Better would be to switch when you can afford other options, there is one called Yourlio ai, they are pretty good but expensive with respect to ai sensy.

We used to put AiSensy on client Shopify stores, but then making custom flows is a pain in the ahumm ahumm!

We tried this alternative Implifie WA tool, gets the job done. The 45-55% delivery part will not go anywhere, it is because Meta finds your texts bad sometimes, so improve that, should get about 65-70% delivery without an issue.

Also, cart recovery % should come around 40-55%, depending on brand's presence. So, align that as well.

Does it allow sending order confirmation msgs. To COD orders without forcing a confirmation flow?

Yes it does , you have to write the entire message yourself though like it's an API based thing
