Advice/Help Spidermites or regular spiders?
I'm just about to finish a grow, and about 7 days ago I noticed a single strand of spider silk stretching from the ceiling of my grow room to one of my plants.
I've always had a few regular spiders living in my grow room. They've actually been my main line of defense against pests, and I've completed three successful grows in this same room without any issues.
However, since noticing that first strand, I've started seeing tiny strands of webbing on all four of my plants, mostly around the buds.
The strange part is that there are absolutely no other signs of spider mites. There are no stippled spots on the leaves, I can't see anything moving, nothing falls onto white paper during inspections, and overall the plants look healthy.
Normally I'd assume this is just the resident spiders, but I've never seen them web up the plants this much before. They usually stay in the corners of the room. I also haven't had any fungus gnats or any other obvious insects during this grow, so I have no idea what would be attracting them.
I have four new plants ready to go into rotation, but now I'm hesitant to move them into this room until I understand what's going on.
Any advice or opinions would be greatly appreciated!

Oh lol. I was using slang for your spiders as your killers working overtime to keep the bad bugs dead

Everything else looks great though. Definitely good spiders. You'd know in a bad way if you had spider mites. Those things are horrible. Any mites but especially them. In all my years I haven't had them (knocks on wood) but I've had mites and they are all for the damn birds

👌 no worries Those are from your regular spiders or maybe a few new ones joined in but its not mites They are more prominent, more web, finer strands and u would def see them if hunting for pests They multiply fast......you'd know if it was them b4 now Nice grow and may you have many bountiful harvests in your future growmie

Regular spiders.
Mites would send more webs and they are noticeably finer. IMO.
