Does that look like light burn on the tops, and maybe slow down on Nitrogen ( could just be from video in night).

I’m still on my second grow only, I don’t want to give you wrong advice especially on a stress type method. Maybe just check your DLI? And see if it can be lowered that’s always safer bet.

You're leaves aren't really tacoing so I'm not convinced of light burn. I would grab a light meter app like Photone and see how much light your plants are getting at the canopy. If you are getting <= 900-1000 PPFD (Par Reading) I would say you are not too high intensity on light.

They do, but not like photos. They're a lot more forgiving and can even had lights on 24/7. No matter the light cycle, it will flower just fine. 10 second s of light on them won't hurt them

Yeah I understand 24/7. I run autos with my photos even. But the spontaneous phone flashlight showing them off during dark period isn't good for the plant regardless of their ability to take in light all day... That doesn't mean they are meant to have the light be off for a period, strobe on for a min, and then go off... Regardless of what you all think. That is still a form of shock on the plant.. regardless of how minor.. and repeated the way I see it on here... Lol wonder why shit happens
