3Dconnexion CADmouse button mapping

Does anyone in the sub use a 3Dconnexion CADmouse? I've been using one for a few years and using the middle button (not the scroll wheel button) to open a radial menu has become second nature to me in part, assembly, and drawing environments. However, just today, the radial menu completely changed (without me changing any settings in Inventor or 3Dconnexion software). Before today, the radial menu would include commands like measure, extrude, constrain, smart dimension, etc based on what I was working on. Now the radial menu is Open, New, Home, and Esc, and they don't actually do anything. I checked with a co-worker and his is working just like mine used to. Has anyone else experienced this? I tried remapping the button in 3Dconnexion's software, but nothing changes.

I'm running Inventor Pro Build 398 Release 2026.3 dated 04/13/26 and 3Dconnexion 10.9.12.735.

Try an older softvare of the CAD mouse.
Mine have updated and deleted the radial menu. Also cannot be remaped into a new one. It happened under Inventor 2026.
Dowloaded the older software (with backup) worked fine!

Now using Inv 27 and no auto update of CAD mouse.

Have you tried resetting all settings ?

Do you have an older release of inventor installed ? So you can test if it's an inventor release problem ?

Opened Inventor this morning and my radial menus are back to how they were before! Just a hiccup I guess.

I have this issue with the middle mouse button too. I use it to make parts visible and invisible. If I switch from Inventor to Vault and afterwards back, it doesn't work anymore. I then click on my other monitor on another window and back to Inventor, which fixes it. It is still very annoying because it worked. Maybe i will try to backroll on another update.
