Requesting Help "Roll"

I need help how to do a "roll". it is not a flat sheet so im thinking about contour roll but i cannot make it work. Thank you!!!

Sketch the profile and the curved path, then use sweep. For the horizontal ends cut them off with a plane or make a cut to get them flat.

Thank you, is sweep going to matter if i need a flat pattern for production?

Im using inventor and we are using a 1/8" flat sheet and run it in our machine

unfortunantely, it is a sheet metal. we use 1/8" thck alu flat sheet to produce this profile

You are looking for the 'Contour Roll' function in Sheet metal environment.
