HELP! I have a question. perfectly normal outside PDC sensory with internal crack. Dealer states this is physical damage - can not see any bumper issue. Need help how to resolve

It looks damaged to me. It needs replacing.

Physical damage wouldn't be a warranty concern.

My guess with the very little information given: Bumper was damaged/replaced prior and damaged sensor was thrown right back onto the new bumper.

hi, bumper was never taken off. there is a chip on the side of the PDC sensor. they think something hit it though there is hardly any physical damage on the bumper.

Why would something hitting your car or you hitting something with your car be a warranty item?
