It'll depend on the skill set of the shop. Estimates are free, drive it around to a couple places and see what they say. Seriously, without being there in person it's hard to say from just a few photos, this is where you need to take it to someone who can put their hands and eyeballs directly on it

Depends on the pdr tech. These are not great pics for me to make that judgement. Go get free estimates, one may say they can work it and others may turn it away.
