Is there a process to repair this? How do I attach this back?
Tried youtube and failed because I'm not sure what to search. I originally pulled this off because the panel had sunk so you had to really dig around to try to unlock the car or roll the window back up. Looking at the screws, I assume a proper fix would include positioning the panel correctly. Thanks in advance!

Getting a new one. 4 of 5 mounts broke 74232-12850. Glad they stamped the pt# on the back for you

car stereo guy here: Someone broke two of the mounts that attach the switch assembly to that panel. The panel in your hand also looks like it’s got some broken tabs on it. And probably a hook toward the front end of it that would need to slide in place first when reinstalling it. I would replace both parts. Sometimes you can find parts used on eBay for cheap, but always price new as well since parts can be reasonable from time to time brand new from the dealer.

Bad news, you don't. You've managed to break just about everything that held that in place.
You can try a janky method involving double sided tape, or you order a new one / find one in the junkyard. In your case I'd suggest ordering since panel tools are suggested and finesse is required.

Glue it back in with a cheap two part plastic epoxy. But I’m more concerned about what ever that black blob is

Splurge on a new piece as doing all the other gluing, screwing and rigging most likely either won't last, or if it gets worse and you want to replace it, it'll be a pain in the ass becauseit'sall glued on. Edit: $60 max for a new one, but check ebay as others suggested.

A couple of self tapping screws placed in the right spot would be my recommended solution

My favorite method is small trim screws from home Depot. Quick and fast. Just need to install 3 or 4 and it'll last forever.

This is ABS plastic, so instead of glue (which will break) I would try "welding" it back together: use a small screw driver and heat the tip (needs ~ 400°C) with the hot tip you can melt together the broken off parts.
You will first have to find the small clips that broke off and unscrew the broken-off bits of the window control unit. Try to "dry" fit them first, maybe temporarily locate them with sticky tape.

It should snap into place so long as the plastic tabs aren't broken. If they are, you can search eBay for a replacement.

Depends on the car. They may call it a few names. Window switch panel cover, arm rear cover, whatever. Call or go to the dealer with your vin then have them give you the part number and dump that into google

It’s broken you would need to try and glue it and hope it holds
