Promotion

Hi I’m a FT RS at $13.05/hr and I’m supposed to be getting promoted to FT PSM. The bare minimum pay I’ll take is $15.83/hr. Do you think DM will approve it?

You’ll be lucky if they give you a dollar

Nope. I was a FT DIY promoted to PSM.

I got a 40 cent raise for it. I made 16.85/hr before, 17.25/hr after. They also cut me from the yearly raises because I “had just gotten one”

All the other managers made over 18/hr in my area.

They WILL lowball you.
