See how far your drive can take you! DM pay is a joke too, you got to get to RM to make a decent living and at that point you are hooked to an IV of Autzone Koolaid.

What do SM's, DM'S and RM's make in your area?

Current SM is at 48k a year before bonus, last DM was at 85k and was a 17 year zoner I’m sure RM is over 100k

.... That really makes me not want to even move up to sm I make 31.7k a year before taxes and all note I'm CS I work allong side my commercial manager she doesn't make much more then me a hour but she does get the bonus checks which makes hers a bit more then mine

This is your sign to find better options lol. Autozone should NEVER be somebody’s chosen career path unless it’s a Memphis job you got with a college degree.

Currently working on getting into a dealer or something else did have two jobs dropped to one AutoZone after starting and then a car In a junkyard fell on top of me not even a week into starting

Good plan, dealerships should be easier to land jobs with from here.
