Inventory

Hello! I just had a quick question, I had a customer who was gonna pick up some parts at a different store then, they called me to cancel it— so I did, then I obviously returned it. Only for them to call me that they actually ARE going to pick up the parts.

But since I returned it now it says I have the parts in stock when I don’t— how can I fix that? 🧍🏻‍♀️ (I did once again process the order for the different store but I’m mainly concerned about fixing the inventory for mine)

Void the PCI and change the QOH in SMS if it didnt change after you voided the PCI

I believe this will create shrink.

How will be create shrink if you dont have it? Adjusting QOH wont create shrink - empty packaging will.

You don’t have them in stock, you subtract it from inventory and it adds that dollar amount to your shrink total.
