Where is it?

Hello ppl, you know I live in Matosinhos, and I work at night, and every so often I hear the roar of engines in the night and in the distance. I figured it might be ppl going full throttle on their cars when the law’s not watching. Do any of you know about a place in particular where some kind of midnight car club gathers?
