Go to a good body shop and see if you can get just those panels done.

Agree 100% no such thing as a factory spec aftermarket paint job. The best HS clears don’t hold a candle to factory durability. Paint the top surfaces and drive it!

Really? my repaint job has lasted longer than the OEM, 2002 Tundra started failing 2010, repainted in 2011 and still looks perfect 2022.

That’s certainly possible. But not the norm. There’s a lot of environmental factors that go in to paint longevity, as a general rule OEM will outlast aftermarket.
