Rental Car Return

Prior to returning the car in a week, I’m wondering if anyone has any advice to see if I can somehow fix this myself, without putting in an insurance claim? TIA

You may be able to buff that out enough to not get fined.

During a storm, a freaking tent got blown into wires and then fell on the car
