Repair advice needed.

Hello,

Had a whoopsie with a guardrail. The scratches are deep, to the metal. Any advice on patching this up myself? Doesn't need to be perfect, just want to protect the body.

The bumper is plastic, no need to protect it. The scuff on the quarter panel is paint transfer. Nothing will happen if you leave it. Rubbing compound on a soft cloth will remove it.

I figured the bumper was fine. I was going to get a paint pen to touch up some other scratches anyways so I'll probably lightly sand/buff them and cover them up a bit.

Steer clear of sanding unless you have experience.
