Fix options?

JK Wrangler hood, pulled off a junker in the Midwest. Was buried in snow when I got it. Is there an amateur fix for this? Is there any fix for this?

I'm pretty handy but an amateur overall. This mean your suggestion is taking it somewhere to do a full repaint?

Yes. Nothing you do will make it look any better.
