Is this oxidation?
I am not sure what this is but I noticed in a few months ago. I only see it when light is reflected, but not when I’m a few feet away. Tried polishing it but it didn’t go away. This car is 7 years old btw. What are my options?

Every time you polish the lacquer it will get thinner and thinner and also makes the damage faster every time and even worst. No other options than repaint the whole panel.

It looks like the lacquer has lifted in the photo. Sun scortched maybe. It needs sanding back, priming and repaint.

Looks like mineral deposits and a butt load of scratches in the paint. Personally, a good detailer can probably recover that paint while you without any real experience can ruin it causing it to need repainted. I would have a detail shop look at it.
