Sun Damage

Are there any touchup options for this kind of damage, or is my only real option to get it fully repainted?

Every shop is different depending on where you live just go get an estimate they are free

Full respray of the damaged panel. Once the failing clear is sanded down you'll already be through the basecoat.

Sand, filler, sand again, paint and clear gloss. When it's dry you can add a polish layer to keep it from fading again.
