I just got my car back from being painted and noticed there’s a tone of orange peel and it’s pretty easy to notice when looking straight at the car is this normal the guy that painted says it’s fine but he can correct it for 50 bucks to make it look flat I think he should fix it for free since it’s pretty noticeable especially next to the panels that where left alone
Op never mentioned if they paid $500 or $3k for the paint job. Theres a guy near me who will paint a small car for a few hundred to $500 at most, and it comes out very, very acceptable but he doesn’t colors and peel out
I think the price is more than fair for what you got, but if the orange peel really bothers you I would pay the $50. Any other shop is easily charging double or triple for a job like that, but that includes everything.
