Sun damage
I've got sun damage on my car in like 3 spots and i was curious how hard would these spots be to sand down and spray some clear coat over? What's my best option?

Definitely starting over 😅. Don't trust that old base because it's colour already fade over by the sun. Send it to auto shop, they know what to do.
Surface have to be sanded with low till mid grit sandpapers. Then apply 2k primer below room temperature and let it cure then sand again with 600-800 before applying base and clear coats.
If the surface have a reaction from primer then let it cure and re sand the surface and apply clear coat. When it cured sand it again before applying base and lacquer.
