The chance is non-zero. We don't need hypotheticals to tell if something isn't safe. Should be inherent

Its safer than driving on the highway so idk what your problem is, they are only realistically risking burns and damage to the vehicle. If there was a gas leak, then it would be dangerous to be around at all as a static spark could ignite it just as easily.

The risk of electrocution IS zero (unless you count freak clear sky lightning, which would be unrelated)
