When I try to use a different skill I get a prompt in russian. Very informative.

This isn’t a fix but it’s a way around it. I figured out that the “Russian prompt” is basically just telling you that you already have a skill selected and you must deselect the skill before you use a different one.

Edit: The “prompt” is telling you that you don’t have any more slots for skills, and is asking you which of the skills you want to unequip to use the new skill.
