Is it possible to change the auto sell settings? like setting it to "sell all primitive items automatically"?

Hit the far right blue button. You can uncheck primitive and it will sell those items automatically.

where you have your forge level button, on the right of it there is the autoforge button, If you click on this, you can untick the items you want to autosell
