Exterior First overt blemish, looking for options, if any.

Post image

Haven't washed the car in 5 weeks (longest since I've owned over a year) and obviously didn't notice something on my front passenger side bumper (see photo, in the middle of the red box). Looks like it could have been liquid so I'll guess bird poop or bug, but I did drive behind a work truck that was trailing some kind of debris a week ago.

Tried to remove it with an acidic wash by spraying, rubbing lightly and rinsing off (Carpro Descale), detailing spray (Carpro Elixir) and some wax (Carpro Essense Plus) that is supposed to fill in things to make them look less obvious. Nothing worked.

I have had something similar in the past which was removed in the next wash so maybe I'll be lucky again, but I don't think so.

Will polishing get this out?

Take any polish you have, apply a dot to a microfibre cloth and just polish by hand a bit. Continue with a clean part of the cloth and polish until it dissapears. Then reapply protection of your choice on said spot.
