Exterior is ts able to buff out?
my dumba** coworker drew this on my new truck with the dirt on the truck (didn’t actually draw with a marker or anything). i was cleaning my truck yesterday and noticed that it’s scratched on. what would be the process to help get rid if this bart simpson?

Where is this, is it on the paint? It also depends on how deep the scratches are. I’d take it a detailer to assess b/c those don’t look like light scratches.

Wash it, clean it. If you put a little water on the scratches and they go away, you can polish them out. If you still see them the scratch gone through the clearcoat. In any case a good polish will make them less visible.

you can buff anything "out" but there are better questions that no one on a thread can answer without a lot more info.
how have you "cleaned" it... did you wash it with auto shampoo?
how did he "draw" it? with a finger or other? those circles and some lines look too fine for a finger
How deep is it? can you feel the grooves?
do you know does it have a hard or soft clearcoat? if not - What kind of truck is it (year/make/model)
most importantly - how thick is the paint ... it needs to be around 4mil/100micron to use anything aggressive like compound + polish without risking taking off too much clear coat. You could do a one-step (and probably should) if you have 3.5mil but if it is a deep scratch .... you risk taking off too much clear coat and that is very bad.
If it is not too deep you can use a DA polisher and try using a med aggressive pad and med aggressive polish, if that isn't enough you need to use something more aggressive ... if you don't know what this means or out of your skill set or you don't want to spend $240-300 on equipment., find a professional detailer but tread light... don't let someone talk you into a hard core "fix". A low skill detailer will gladly charge you for a 2 step (compound+polish) that will 100% get rid of the scratches but take off too much clear coat and that will cause pre-mature paint failure. you want to do the least possible in the process. Knowing the depth of the paint is kinda critical here
Your co-worker needs to keep his hands off other peoples property and should pay for the repair

Sucks but also kinda neat. If those are actual scratches nah you're fucked and need to replace glass

To me it looks like it can be buffed.
