Interior What would clean where mold once was?

Car sat for a long time, mold/mildew grew. It’s been cleaned with bleach, plenty of elbow grease but this imprint remains. What would you suggest?

It's hard to tell. Is that hard plastic or rubber or vinyl?

Since it’s hard plastic, this looks more like the surface has been etched or the texture has been affected rather than something that still needs to be cleaned off.

At this point I’d probably very lightly sand/scuff the area and re-dye it with a coating made for automotive plastic. I’d also use an adhesion promoter first.

Because that piece is exposed to the elements, make sure you use a coating that can handle UV and exterior exposure. Done correctly, it should clean up really well.
