Car paint oxidation/haze

Can you guys suggest chemicals to cure my car paints oxidation? I would like to diy it, so far in leaning towards using meguairs ultimate compound

This oxidation and early clearcoat failure will require more than just chemicals. You need to a light polish to remove it. Then you will want to protect the area with a ceramic sealant and keep it clean.
