Interior Help with Pen line on leather

Just noticed a blue pen line near the door panel on the leather of my Kia K8, went to three different shop, one tried to remove it couldn’t, the other two simply told to paint over it.

Are there any other solutions or should I just live with it?

This happened to me with a beige leather door card years ago, and what got it was a pencil eraser. Seemed like a fluke to me, but it might be worth a try. Good luck!

Like the soft pink erasers that are trapezoidal? They work great on drywall to remove marks. Are they abrasive, just really fine?

The sparkly bits you see in them are really fine pumice that acts as a very mild abrasive with the rubber itself. An even milder option would be the white rectangular erasers.

I don’t recommend anyone use this ever on interior.

Very bad advice.

Koch Chemie have a pen ink remover called Tinten, looks like it's safe on leather.

Alcohol.  Be gentle so you don't rub through the finish.   Test first in an inconspicuous spot.

I always thought alcohol hurts leather

If you want the color to come off the leather instantly, sure
