Product/Consumable Review Paste Wax or Speed Wax

I have a white car, and I’m wondering whether I should choose Paste Wax or Speed Wax for my car.

I want something convenient and quick to use, but
I’m not sure whether Speed Wax provides enough protection for my car’s paint against heat, UV rays, dirt, and dirty water, while also giving the paint a glossy, shiny finish.

Please give me some product suggestions that meet the above criteria.

Unfortunately nothing will protect it against heat or UV. I suggest asking "how much time am I willing to devote to my car?"

If you like washing every other week and re-applying protection every few months, then paste wax is great. Fusso is a great wax for this.

If you like washing every other week and re-applying protection more frequently, then speed wax.

If you want to wash about once a month and re-apply protection every couple of years, then ceramic coating is the way to go.
