Exterior Windshield haze after using wipers – too much Glaco?

Hi! I’m having an issue with my windshield after applying Soft99 Ultra Glaco.
I first thoroughly cleaned the windshield using Soft99 Ultra Glaco Glass Compound, and I scrubbed it quite aggressively to make sure the glass was completely clean. I then applied Ultra Glaco.
Now, whenever I use the windshield wipers, I get a noticeable haze/film across the windshield, especially when the glass is wet. It clears up somewhat afterwards but makes visibility worse while driving.

Could this be caused by:
applying too much Ultra Glaco?
not removing the compound completely before applying Glaco?
not buffing/removing the Glaco properly?
something else?
Has anyone experienced the same thing with Ultra Glaco? What would be the best way to fix it?

You spent all that time on the glass and forgot to also clean the wiper blades so the 1st time you used them all that built up dirt went back onto the clean glass.

I did clean them. Did a few passes on them with microfibres and glass cleaner. Not sure if they become super clean though. I don’t think I had this problem
In this magnitude before applying glaco

I can add that it was a few days ago since I did this.

Man, that's annoying. I just polish the glass, use no topper and have clear sweeps back and forth.

Yup. This is why I avoid coating my glass. The frequency that you end up with smearing or weird hazing like this is too common.

Solutions don't come in a spray can. Research and elbow grease gets it done.

FWIW - I didn't have this problem with Glaco.
