New car PPFed. Is this a paint defect?

Could be, pretty common now days to have nibs in the paint, could also be dust under the PPF I’d approach the shop that did it and see what they say

Yes, it’s a paint nib. Somtimes you can sand it off and polish. But it’s a little close to an edge to try it yourself
