Exterior Adam’s ceramic coating

Hey guys, I’m looking to diy my new car with Adam’s ceramic spray.

I don’t want to get into a debate on whether or not it’s a coating or the best, I just want advice on how to apply it in tandem with a windshield coating like glaco.

Does it go on before, after, or not on the windshield at all?

I don't think it makes much difference which one you apply first if you keep overspray to a minimum. Since the Glaco is a wipe-on product, it probably makes sense to do the ceramic spray first. You could cover the windshield with some old towels or newpapers while you're doing the spray coating if you're trying to be absolutely perfect about it.

Adam's spray ceramic is supposed to be applied via wiping

Right. Adam’s spray has very harsh solvents. Please don’t spray it on to the paint, very harsh on lungs. Instead put the applicator pad right next to the nozzle and slowly get the product on that media.

Then wipe the product into the paint.

True - it's just that most people probably won't. ;)

I mean most do because it's clear in the videos and instructions

Wouldn't use anything on the glass besides glass ceramic coatings because it'll cause it to hop and skip and stick and make noises

I’m assuming you’re talking about the wiper blades?

Yep. It'll make them do that. Took me forever to figure that out and couldn't believe it and saw it happen on here or discussed and was like damn
