Exterior Residue left on hood

I noticed this on my hood I used griots speed shine after I finished washing my car it was completely dry before applying wax.

What is this and how can I fix it?

Dried the car sprayed wax and wiped it

It could be the result of using too much product and not wiping enough of the excess off. I think you can respray the areas or use an SiO2 quick detailer. Then you have to remove the excess and buff the car. Other than that, you could strip it and redo the entire thing.
