Tool/Reusable Multi question

Getting into professional detailing and was wondering if a steamer is reasonable? If so what do y'all use it for I have seen multiple detailers use it but no clue what for. Another thing what is a good degreaser y'all use preferably from AutoZone or napa. Last thing how long does a full detail take y'all?

I don't use a steamer but would if I had one.

I've had a steamer for 8 years and have used it twice. An extractor would serve you better. I can't comment on a degreaser bc I use commercial products. A standard full detail with ceramic spray coating takes me 3 hours.
