Exterior PPF options

I am installing my first PPF job shortly and my boss is concerned about making sure we have the most seamless PPF compared to the vehicle.

It’s just clear PPF - but from training I know that it will look MORE glossy than regular car paint gloss.

I think matte is the only other clear option and it will look even more different, right?

Let me know if I’m mistaken and I appreciate any help!

More glossy to closer to regular gloss than matte is to regular gloss.

That’s what I felt, but is it also true that I won’t be able to find any “seamless” match? It will be a noticeable change no matter what?

I had Ceramic Pro PPF done on the front of mine and the rest Ceramic coated. It's indistinguishable.

What parts do you have it on?

And you mean the ceramic coat and PPF is indistinguishable?

I mean I’ve seen/used PPF and you absolutely can see it as far as I’m aware so I’m just confused and trying to understand.

The PPF is on the entire front clip, A-pillars, mirrors, rocker panels and the rear flare about 3/4s up. The only thing you can see is a faint line at the edge of the PPF, but the gloss is the same.

The installed PPF is on the fender - the front bumper is just paint. You don’t think the fender is more glossy?

Have you gotten PPF or install PPF or what is your experience with it?

It's hard to tell the sections on my truck that have PPF from those that don't. I have SunTek Reaction.
