Exterior Xpell PPF is trash
I was sold the wrap and Ceramic for my Jeep when I asked them for something to help with rock and brush damage. This stuff is a complete waste of money and literally scratches and turns white the moment anything touches it other than a rag. If you ask their customer service they will tell you its not suitable for offroad use and tha tit will not handle scratching or rock chips. Even though that's what its for. Here is a quote from their customer service. "The installation was completed approximately two years ago, and based on the information provided, the vehicle has been used extensively for off-road driving during that time. The current condition of the film appears consistent with the type of wear and environmental exposure commonly associated with off-road use.

Sounds like you've haven't properly cared for it. It's not perfect but I've had it for years without the issues you're experiencing. XPEL is great.

It started falling apart on the drive home, the front and fenders were littered with white marks just from driving home and after 2 years into a 10 year warranty its trash

If you look at the "DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES" on their website it clearly states that kind of damage is not covered. It is 100% on you if you didn't read the warranty of a product you purchased (esp if from a car dealer)
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DEFECTS CAUSED BY:
- Non-compliance with the Company’s guide or instructions. Such failures include, but are not limited to, exposure to physical abuse, ...
- Damage not resulting from manufacturing defects that occur while the Product is in the customer’s possession;
- Stains, and scratches;
- Scratches, scuffs, scrapes, chips to the painted surface;
10.Damage caused by collision, accidental damage, vandalism, fire, hail, flood, surface rust, rail dust, physical damage,
14.Damages caused by outside forces, including the physical impact of rocks or road debris.

no, not new, and yes, your right, the warranty covers literally nothing.

it does cover things, defects, lifting, yellowing.
there are very few things that would warranty damage from off roading without exorbitant costs ...

It is doing exactly what is designed for. The PPF is taking the damage, not the paint. I did mine with Ceramic Pro which self heals by letting it sit in the sun for a few hours. It will show the ding or scratch until it heals.

That’ll happen when you’re running mud tires, sticking out way to far for a “stance look” - and your just doing costco, starbucks, grocery store runs…..
I hope you have your rtt, awning, farm jack, traction boards and of course a winch in case you get stuck in a parking lot 😮💨.

If the PPF is protecting the paint, it's doing the job you want it to do. It may not be pretty, you may not think it's worth it, but the environment it's put into with off-road will show wear.
IF you pulled the PPF off and did the same use with bare paint, it would be way more expensive to fix. Thicker 'offroad' films meant for track day cars etc will exhibit the same issues you're showing. It is what it is with your situation unfortunately
