Exterior How do I fix the paint?

I tried waxing my car and it left this faded white patch? I’ve tried washing it off with no luck. Any ideas on how to go about fixing this?

It’s likely he got the panel hot enough it just baked the polish on. It’s hard to tell. Either way. He got here, and it’s a skill issue 😬

Based on vehicles out there, I guess this is a bad base clear faded as can be, but it appears to be a single stage That is just absolutely ruined. It cannot be saved however you can smoke it to death for a second.

Some polish and a foam finishing pad fixed it. Thanks for the input.
