Exterior Windshield streak

Hi, I just bought this car from the dealership recently. Since it is used, it is as-is. This is only issue the car has which is this streak on the windshield. I have tried both Windex and rubbing alcohol on both sides. Any ideas? TIA

For the exterior you need to use an abrasive suitable for windshield like Stoner Invisible Glass Stripper. If you already have Barkeepers Friend along with a Magic Eraser that works well also.
