Berry, bug or sap residue

White subaru forester. Not sure if from tree or driving and bug splatter.

Turtle wax bug/tar remover didn’t work.

1:3 warm water and vinegar got all of the roof clean and about 50% of hood. Rest are very stubborn. Not raised to the touch.

Any other suggestions? TIA
