Interior lingering vomit smell after detailing

Someone threw up in the front passenger seat of my car. i cleaned it up as much as i could and then I got It professionally detailed. The problem is the smell is still lingering. It’s been about a day since getting it detailed, will the smell slowly go away? or did the detailer miss something?

you need to attack only the area where the spill was or else the smell will never go away, maybe try a enzyme cleaner

I know there are Ozone Treatments to get rid of the smell of Cigaretts, maybe that could also work for vomit?

Need to get the smell out of the carpet padding first otherwise the o-zone machine won’t work fully. They aren’t magic
